Not accurate enough

On the orange line, app said there was a train coming in 1 min and 6 min. I didnt rush for the first train because there was one right behind it. I get to the station 5 min go by says the train is arriving wait another minute and now it says the nonexistent train is boarding! It is nowhere to be found and now Im stuck here without any clue as to what is going on. I also can not communicate with the app to let it know something strange is happening. Generally the app is pretty good but to not offer any user feedback is a huge mistake.
